Snow Alerts

A text before the expected arrival

During the second cleanup pass, usually between 8:30 and 9 a.m., our system automatically notifies you approximately 20 minutes before the tractor arrives.

01

Receive the alert

An automatic text message is sent approximately 20 minutes before the tractor arrives, during the second cleanup pass — usually between 8:30 and 9 a.m.

Timing remains approximate: road conditions, snowfall intensity, and route progress can affect the actual arrival time.

02

Move your vehicle

The alert gives you time to move your vehicle and clear the driveway before the team arrives.

A cleared driveway lets the tractor clean the full surface — no shovelling around your car.

03

Keep your contact details current

The number used for Snow Alerts should be the one where you want to receive texts during winter.

Contact the team if your details change or if you have a question about alerts for your service.
